Employee and Dependent Drop-in Care

Employee drop-in care is exclusively for Kettering Health employees and their family members age 1 and over. It is located at On-Demand Care, with clinics in Springboro, Centerville, Kettering, Beavercreek, and Washington Township. Offering:

• Care for minor illnesses like cold or flu
• Tests for common infections like sore throat, urinary tract infection, sinus infection, ear ache, and pink eye
• Treatment of minor wounds and skin conditions
• Treatment for minor injuries

Drop-in care does not offer emergency services, immunizations, well visits, treatment for mental health conditions, or medication refills.

Insurance and Payment
For employees and their family members on the employee health plan, drop-in care is available for a flat-rate price of $20. The $20 must be paid at check-in; if it is not, insurance will be billed normally as a primary care visit. Any additional services, such as labs and imaging, are not included in the flat rate and will appear on a separate bill sent by the location that performed the service.

Employees not on the employee health plan can still use drop-in care, and their insurance will be billed as a primary care visit. This amount will go toward your deductible and is typically less expensive than visiting an urgent care.
