Our Purpose

About Kettering Health System

Kettering Health is a nine-hospital system whose mission is to improve the quality of life of the people and communities served through healthcare and education. KH has 15 outpatient therapy locations, with the NeuroRehab and Balance Center (NRBC) being the central clinic location for outpatient multi-disciplinary neurologic and vestibular rehabilitation. NRBC currently has a team of 22 Physical Therapists, 9 Occupational Therapists, 5 Speech Therapists, 1 nurse/social worker/case manager, and 1 Exercise Physiologist. This clinic experiences a high number of referrals which can result in a wait time for therapy services. To align with the organization's mission, the KH Neurologic PT Residency program will strive to train highly skilled clinicians to extend the ability to treat the people in the communities in which they live while providing an excellent level of care.
