Admissions Criteria, applicants must:
- Provide proof of graduation from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education ("CAPTE") accredited physical therapy program at least 1 month before the employee's start date unless otherwise agreed upon with the Program Director.
- Provide proof of licensure status by the Ohio Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Athletic Trainers ("OTPTAT") Board at least 1 month before the employee's start date unless otherwise agreed upon with the Program Director.
- Have USA Citizenship.
- Foreign-trained applicants should submit the accredited international credentialing equivalency report.
- Be proficient in the English language.
