How To Apply

Provide proof of graduation from a Commission on Accreditation in Physical Therapy Education ("CAPTE") accredited physical therapy program at least 1 month before the employee's start date unless otherwise agreed upon with the Program Director.
Provide proof of licensure status by the Ohio Occupational Therapy, Physical Therapy, and Athletic Trainers ("OTPTAT") Board at least 1 month before the employee's start date unless otherwise agreed upon with the Program Director.
Have USA Citizenship.
- Foreign-trained applicants should submit the accredited international credentialing equivalency report.
Be proficient in the English language.
